Document Screening: Initial selection will be made based on the submitted documents. Applicants will be notified of selection results by e-mail.
Interview: Initial interview will be conducted for those who pass the document screening.
Interviews are conducted in person, so please introduce yourself, tell us why you are interested in the position, and tell us about your past experience.
For technical staff applications, a skills check will be conducted on the same day as the interview.
Aptitude Tests: Aptitude tests are conducted as needed. This includes personality tests and ability tests. - adoption
Offer: If you pass the final interview, you will receive an offer letter. We will confirm the terms of the offer and the date of employment.
Preparation for entry into the company: After accepting an offer of employment, you will be prepared for your entry into the company. You will be informed of the required documents and orientation.
