Selection Process
- Entry
Please apply by sending an email to rikokimonorental@gmail.com or by submitting an application through the Engage website. After applying, please submit the required documents such as your resume, work history, and self-promotion statement. You will receive a confirmation email after your application, so please check its contents.
- First Selection
Document screening: The first selection will be conducted based on the submitted documents. Results will be notified by email.
Interview: Candidates who pass the document screening will proceed to an in-person interview.
Candidates who pass the document screening will proceed to an in-person interview. You will be asked about your self-introduction, motivation, and past experience.
For technical staff applicants, a skill check will be conducted on the same day as the interview.
Aptitude Tests: An aptitude test may be conducted if necessary, including personality and ability tests - Offer
Job offer: Candidates who pass the final interview will receive an offer, and employment conditions and start date will be confirmed.
After accepting the job offer, preparations for joining the company will begin, including document submission and orientation guidance.
