Reservations

1. For safety reasons, we do not provide dressing services to customers who are pregnant or may be pregnant. Please inform us in advance when making a reservation. If no prior notice is given or if the condition is intentionally concealed, the shop shall not be held responsible for any discomfort, accidents, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during the dressing process.

2. The return time is strictly by 17:30. Late returns will incur an additional charge of ¥1,100 per person for every 5 minutes. (*Charges apply starting from 1 minute overdue.)

3. Once hair styling or kimono dressing has begun, changes or refunds are not allowed. If changes are requested, additional fees will apply (Hair: ¥1,100 / Dressing: ¥3,300).

4. Please take full responsibility for your valuables and fragile items. We are not liable for any loss or damage.

5. Kimono dressing and hair styling take approximately 45–60 minutes. To ensure smooth service, please limit kimono selection time to within 15 minutes.

6. For safety reasons, customers with children must keep them within sight at all times. Please note that we do not provide childcare services. The guardian will be fully responsible for any accidents caused by insufficient supervision.

7. A deposit of ¥3,300 is required for each photography plan. (*Nomination fees are not required in advance.)

8. For group reservations (8 persons or more), a deposit of ¥3,300 per person is required in advance.

9. If you have booked a photography service, please note that late arrival may affect the overall schedule and may require rescheduling. Photographers may prioritize customers who arrive on time due to subsequent bookings.

10. If you arrange your own external photographer, please inform us in advance. We recommend scheduling your photoshoot approximately 1.5 to 2 hours after the dressing is completed.
