Selection Flow

Submit your resume, work history, personal PR statement, and other necessary documents.
After your entry, you will receive a confirmation email. - preliminary screening
Document Screening: Initial selection will be made based on the submitted documents. Applicants will be notified of selection results by e-mail.
Interviews: Initial interviews will be conducted with candidates who pass the application screening process. Interviews are conducted face-to-face. You will be asked to introduce yourself, explain why you are interested in the company, and discuss your past experiences. A skills check is also conducted on the same day.
Aptitude Tests: Aptitude tests are conducted as needed. This includes personality tests and ability tests. - adoption
Offer: If you pass the final interview, you will receive an offer letter. We will confirm the terms of the offer and the date of employment.
Preparation for entry into the company: After accepting an offer of employment, you will be prepared for your entry into the company. You will be informed of the required documents and orientation.
