Thank you very much for your interest in our kimonos. Unfortunately, due to availability and cleaning schedules, we are unable to accept advance reservations for specific kimono items. However, we have a wide variety of new kimonos prepared, so please visit us and choose your favorite on the spot.

Yes. We accept cash, credit cards, and QR code payments.

No, you don’t need to bring anything—just come empty-handed. In winter, we recommend wearing innerwear or leggings for warmth before coming to the shop.

Yes, you can freely choose your preferred obi and accessories. We also offer optional lace or decorative obi accessories, with all-you-can-choose plans available.

Hair styling is possible as long as your hair meets a certain minimum length. Please feel free to consult our staff.

Yes, hair accessories can be rented separately. The rental fee is ¥550 (tax included) per item.

The return deadline is 5:30 PM. If the return is delayed, a late fee of ¥1,100 (tax included) per person will be charged for every 5 minutes.
