Precautions when shooting

• 【How to make a reservation】
• To use the photography service, you must first make a kimono reservation and then contact our support team via official LINE or WeChat. Please make your reservation at least one week in advance.

• 【Regarding Photographer Selection】
• Riko offers a photographer selection service for a fee of 3,300 yen. By providing your reservation name, time, and selected photography plan, our customer service team will arrange a photographer for you.
• For detailed information, please refer to the photographer introduction on our official website or contact our customer service team.
• Due to limited availability and staff scheduling, please contact us at least two weeks in advance.
• For photography dates one to two months in advance, please note that our photographers' schedules are arranged monthly. If your requested time cannot be accommodated, our customer service team will notify you in advance.

• ※ If no photographer is specified, one will be randomly assigned from our team of 15 photographers. Please note that photographer selection cannot be made on the day of the shoot.
• ※ If the designated photographer becomes unavailable on the day of the shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, the selection fee will not be charged.
• ※ Selecting a specific photographer means the photographer will reserve that time exclusively for you and may have to cancel other appointments. Therefore, last-minute cancellations are not accepted. If you cancel within three days before your scheduled visit, 50% of the photography plan fee (including tax) will be charged.

• 【Regarding the Selection of Shooting Locations】
• You may choose from the following shooting locations, or decide on the day after meeting with the photographer, depending on the circumstances. We recommend selecting a location that suits the season.
• ※ For the 1-hour plan, combinations such as A+C, A+D, or B+D are not recommended due to walking distance and time constraints.
• ※ Photography is not allowed in prohibited locations such as Kiyomizu-dera and Ishibe-koji, and therefore cannot be conducted there.

• 【Delivery of photo data】
• After the photo shoot, the photographer will confirm your contact information and upload the photos to Google Drive.
• Alternatively, a Baidu Cloud link will be sent to you. All data can be saved for 2 months.
• The original photo files will be delivered within 5 to 7 days, and the retouched photos will be sent within 7 days after your confirmation.
• ※Please note that there may be a few days delay during busy periods.

• 【From Kimono Dressing to the Photography Process】
• To ensure a smooth photography session, we recommend meeting with the photographer after your kimono dressing is complete. The photo shoot will begin approximately 1.5 to 2 hours after your arrival. As the number of available photographers varies daily, photo sessions during busy periods will be arranged in the order of reservations. The exact shooting time and date will be informed upon your arrival on the day.

• 【About Retouching service】
• We provide basic skin beautification and color grading.
  Requests such as background changes, object removal, advanced skin beautification, face line adjustments, etc. cannot be made.
  ※ For photography and post-editing services, please refer to the photographer introduction on our official website.
  ※ The shooting time begins from the moment the first photo is taken. Any time spent moving between locations during the session is also included in the total shooting time.
  ※ Kimono dressing takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes. If you arrive late, the shooting order may be delayed depending on the day's reservation schedule.
  To avoid affecting the shooting time and schedule, please make sure to arrive on time.

• 【Photography Service Guidelines】
  Our photography service focuses on documenting your travel experience, highlighting both the scenery and the kimono.
  As most photo shoots take place at popular tourist spots, other visitors may appear in the background,thank you for your understanding.
  The photographer will guide your poses and framing, while your expressions and interaction are key to capturing natural and lively photos.
  We would appreciate your cooperation in making the photos look natural and lively.
  After the photo shoot, the photographer will review the photos with you.
  If you have any questions or would like adjustments, please let us know right away so we can address them on-site.
  After the photo shoot, only post-editing changes will be possible. Thank you for your understanding.

• 【Change or cancel your reservation】
• If you need to change or cancel your photo shoot reservation, please contact customer service at least 3 days in advance.
  In case of bad weather such as heavy rain or typhoon, cancellation is possible even the day before or on the day.
  50% of the photography plan fee (including tax) is the responsibility of the person making the reservation.
