1. We kindly ask pregnant guests or those who may be pregnant to refrain from wearing a kimono.
2.Our closing time is 17:30. If you return later, an additional $1,100 per person will be charged every 5 minutes. Charges begin after 1 minute past the time.
3. Once the kimono dressing or hairstyle begins, changes or refunds cannot be made. A fee applies if you wish to change (·1,100 for hairstyle / ·3,300 for kimono).
4. Please take care of your valuables. We are not responsible for loss or damage.
5. Kimono dressing and hairstyling take about 45-60 minutes. Please keep your kimono selection time within 15 minutes to avoid delays.
6.Customers with children, please ensure they remain within your line of sight to avoid accidents.
7. Photo Session Reservation A deposit of 3,000 JPY per plan is required. (*No advance payment is required for designation fees.)
8.For group reservations of 8 or more, a deposit of 3,000 JPY per person is required in advance.
